This site sells nothing and takes no payments, so there is nothing to refund here. Everything below happens on the operator’s platform under its terms.

Deposits

A deposit is not a purchase. Money you deposit stays yours and can be withdrawn once the turnover condition is met. A deposit withdrawn without any bets is returned by the security service to the same M-Pesa number after a review.

Bets

A placed bet cannot be cancelled by the player. The operator returns the stake automatically when a market is settled as void - a cancelled match, a wrong line or a technical error.

Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not refundable and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is complete. Declining a bonus after it was credited removes the bonus and any winnings from it and releases the deposit.

Failed or Duplicated M-Pesa Payments

If M-Pesa debited your wallet but the deposit did not appear, keep the M-Pesa transaction code and contact the operator’s support: the payment is traced and credited, or reversed to the wallet. Duplicate deposits are returned the same way.
