Why Payments Are Checked

As a licensed operator, 888starz is required to prevent its platform from being used to move money of unlawful origin. The rules below are the operator’s and apply on its platform; this site handles no money and no accounts.

One Person, One Account

Only one account is allowed per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Accounts found to be linked can be closed and balances withheld until the review is finished.

Your Own Payment Method

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the account holder’s name, and withdrawals return to the same method - in Kenya, the same M-Pesa number that made the deposit. Payouts to third parties are not made.

Turnover Before Withdrawal

Deposited funds have to be staked at least once at odds of 1.1 or higher before they can be withdrawn. A deposit followed by an immediate withdrawal request is treated as a transfer rather than betting and is returned by the security service after review.

Identity Checks

The operator may request an ID document, a photo of the holder with it or a video call at any time, and always before a large withdrawal. The verification page explains the documents and the 72-hour review.
